Soul Formulas are a new type of Arcane Formula that let you reroll the completion bonus on Relics and Artifacts for a gold cost. This gives players a way to refresh less desirable bonuses without farming all over again.

Sold by regular Blacksmiths (icon: ⚔️ Two Swords)

📝 Note:
These items are mod-dependent. If you load your character in Vanilla Titan Quest, they will disappear. Fortunately, they don't need to be farmed and are always available.

• Relic Soul Formulas cost 0 gold to buy. The crafting process costs 2.5M gold.
  
  
• Artifact Soul Formulas do cost gold (both to buy and to craft), so don’t stash them—use them when you get them!

1. Buy a Soul Formula for an Artifact.
   
   
2. Go to the Enchanter.
   
   
3. Insert both the Artifact and the Formula.
   
   
4. The result is the same Artifact with a new, randomly rolled bonus.

1. Buy a Relic Soul Formula.
   
   
2. At the Enchanter, combine it with a completed Relic (Essence, Embodiment, or Incarnation).
   
   
3. This creates a Scroll of that Relic.

The scroll has two functions:

• Reroll Function: Use it to break the Relic back into partial shards, so you can re-complete it for a new bonus.
  
  
• Transmute Function: Use the scroll on a different difficulty, and the Relic will be converted to that tier.
  Example:
  Use Scroll of Aegis of Athena on Normal → returns Essence of Aegis of Athena
  Use it on Legendary → returns Incarnation of Aegis of Athena

💡 Warning:
The scroll always transforms the Relic to match the difficulty you consume it on.
So if you only wanted to reroll the bonus, don’t use it on the wrong difficulty, or you will transmute it instead.
