ADDITIONS

* The presets for character creation now fall under the purview of the mod, and many have been adjusted for general enhancement and to better align with their respective races.

For now, Tribal Himelians and Vendhyans will be mostly unaffected (a couple minor tweaks to male Vend), but all others have been adjusted to some degree, whether in small or significant ways.

* Randomized race templates have been created for Hyperboreans. While of very limited use for the time being, they have been assigned to Jailors (except those of the Darfari and Forgotten Tribe), as well as the rare Hyperborean armorers of the Exile and Dogs factions. In the future, they may be extended to include many Hyborian taskmaster spawns (as Hyperboreans are Hyborians) and possibly further.

(Hyperboreans will have very limited hair color selections in this mod. I am planning on releasing a companion mod for this and True (Hair) Colors which will allow them, as well as some other races, to expanded options.)

* Female bust sizes now vary by race, with some more well-endowed than others:
- Old Range 0.7 to 1.4
- Darfari 0.7 to 1.1
- Khitan 0.8 to 1.1
- Hyrkanian 0.85 to 1.15
- Kushite 0.85 to 1.2
- Cimmerian / Hyborian / Shemite / Stygian / Zingaran 0.9 to 1.2
