Problem when entering/leaving vehicle map
Whenever my pawns enter or leave a vehiclemap they completely forget what they were doing and reset basically. If they carry items, the items get dropped.

The console shows yellow messages.

1. When entering the vehicle. (Pawn wanted to deliver items to a blueprint)

It seems that the problem is with the VFE shield system. The patch by Moriarty was integrated in the recent update and may have repaired the problem.

Also do you care for other mod incompatibilites? Ive found some small things with a few mods but dont want to overburden you.

Basically, I want to eliminate all incompatibilities. Let me know and I'll fix it.
Alright heres some stuff i found.

The Mod eccentric tech - defense grid adds shields and a sensor tower wich have a radius around them (similar to a turret range). Placing the shields or tower on a vehicle map results in having that radius appear not around the tower but on the bottom left side of the map.

2. Not sure if this is an issue in vanilla or the camera+ mod but zooming to far in results in pawns and the moving parts of turrets to not be rendered.

3. Prioritizing tasks on different maps sometimes doesnt work.
a) I set a pet to be slaughtered. My pawn and the butcher table was on a vehicle map, the pet wasnt. -> Couldnt force the pawn to slaughter. Only after leaving the vehicle did the option appear.
b) Pawn was off the vehicle, a cooking station with an open task was on the vehicle -> couldnt force the task till i put the pawn on the vehicle.

In both cases the option didnt even appear greyed out like usually when say an ingredient is missing. I just couldnt right click the butchers table.

c) Pawn was off the vehicle and a blueprint was on the vehicle -> COULD force the construction without climbing onto the vehicle first.

The incindiary launcher from the turret collection mod doesnt shoot when placed on a vehicle.

5. You cant place items on a vehicle using dev mode. They always get placed beneath the vehicle.
6. The "Select Similar" function from the Allow Tool mod doesnt work with items or buildings on a vehicle map.

7. Pawns wont haul items from the normal map to a stockpile on a vehicle map, even if it is the only stockpile accepting those items.

8. Its not possible to deconstruct a roof on a vehicle map

Dubs Hygiene may not have compatibility with this unfortunately. Trying to build something from that mod switches over to an empty map.

1. Defence Grid has turned out to be very difficult to support. I'm sure it will be supported later, but probably a little later

Resolved conflict with DBH
For some reason when i try and make a pawn enter a vehicle (map) it says "portal not connected" and refuses to do so.
It could be the vehicle itself but atleast on the landcarrier from the technical map vehicles theres still issues with rendering stuff.

Im a bit at a loss here. I used the vehicle in a vehicle caravan to travel to a ruin from the real ruins mod. Now that ive arrived i cant move the vehicle because "it cant reach" this location but i also cant go back to the worldmap by driving the other direction. So im kinda stuck.

Try digging out the next rock block and regenerate the vehicle regions on the VF settings screen

I'm assuming the message is coming from Simple Portal, but you don't see "Go here" with it?

This problem has not been reproduced in ver.0.9.38
Thank you, the rendering bug is fixed. The vehicle is still stuck though. In addition to removing the rock i also tried removing the swamp area and moving all chunks but that didnt help.

Remove all objects that interfere with vehicle movement from around and under the vehicle, regenerate the vehicle regions and clear the cache. That's all the advice I can give.
