One of the backpacks i was using i filled it up with items put it in off hand and i couldnt equip it on back.I thought it was just little bit bugged equiped 2 handed axe and it just dissapered

Which one?
I had a similar bug and i'm not sure what mod caused it. I got an error when dropping a backpack from this mod and the backpack disappeared, which wasn't happening in the previous b42 update. The backpack was in my character's left hand when i right clicked the back to drop on the ground. I have inventory related mods (proximity inventory, reorder hotbar and reorder containers) and trait mods that affect item transfer speeds (more traits and SOTO), it could be any of those mods im not sure. I think this is the error

Thats what im talking about when reporting a bug/issue. You provided video of it, but i'm not sure if that fragment of console is the correct one. Non the less i'll try to find what causes it and if its vanila issue, or my mod's. If you're able to provide whole console file (preferably just after the bug occured) that would be wonderfull.
I think I caught the bug that caused it though it has nothing to do with your mod. I have no other idea as to what mod could be causing it, or if it even is a mod so i'm putting it here for posterity
