What could be integrated into the enchantments:
1) Absorber > Empyrean ench;
2) Affliction > Bloodflare ench;
3) Angelic Alliance > Demonshade ench. (also rename Demon shade > Demonshade in ench. name);
4) Terrarium ench. isn't used in any further items. Is there a reason why?
5) Void of Extinction > either Hydrothermic or Brimflame ench;
6) I remember that in 1.3 fargo dlc existed Prismatic ench. and Gem Tech ench. could these be added/ported, if these didn't exist then sorry for the inconvenient suggestion;
7) Frost Flare > Daedalus ench;
8) The Evolution > Prismatic ench (if didn't exist then to Fearmonger ench.);
9) Shattered Community > Demonshade ench;
10) Add Plaguebringer ench. (not plague reaper, cus there is 2 plague themed armors in calamity);
11) Amidias Pendant > Sulphurous ench;
12) Bloodflare Core > Bloodflare ench;

Yeah, I just realized Terrarium wasn't used in anything. As for the rest of these suggestions, they are very good and I will probably add most of these as soon as I finish Thorium config (which I'm about half-way done with).
32) Add Lunic Corps ench (Calamity);
33) Add Astro ench (Thorium);
34) Draedon's Heart needs to be removed from recipes that it's in (in this mod) when official dlc is enabled alongside this mod, mainly this and future "removals" will serve to make this mod and official one more compatible as well as removing recipe overlaps and making some space in ench. recipes and their effects for different accessories that aren't used in this mod or official dlc, i'm just writing this to say, if i write remove "x" next time, then it means this method;
35) Remove: Heart of the Elements, Radiance, The Sponge, Chalice of the Blood God, Nebulous Core, Yharim's Gift, The Amalgam, Abyssal Diving Suit, Defiled Greatsword (Alright these seem to be all overlaps, except some pre-hm ench. themselves of course, but those can wait, i don't really know how to resolve ench. overlapping with each other);
36) Add Abominable Energy to Bard and Healer Soul recipes, at least when official dlc is enabled;
37) Add Ashes of Annihilation and Exo Prism to Soul of the Tyrant and Soul of Yggdrasil, at least when official dlc is enabled;

I'll add more suggestions about thorium stuff once it's toggles are almost or fully done, for now that is all i could find to suggest
38) Harbinger ench. has a typo in its tooltip;
39) Add Vampire Gland toggle;
40) Add Thorium ench. toggles;
41) Terrarium ench. toggles needs to be for energies that it spawns, cus most of the effects are provided by thorium ench., so basically there are couple ench. that are upgraded directly into another ench. and toggles for those need to be structured like this:
1) Toggles for the initial ench. and its accessory effects;
2) Toggles for its upgrade should only toggle effect that have been added by the upgrade and not the entire effect.
(This structure was done well in Silk ench. > Malignant ench. cus upgrading Silk ench. into Malignant ench. doesn't really add much, except for some accessory effects, but bad example is Demon Blood ench. cus its only addition on top of Flesh ench. is 100 max life increase, but disabling Demon Blood ench. effect doesn't do anything, and if it only gives 100 life with no drawbacks, why have a toggle for it, imo toggles need to be mostly for on-hit/taking damage effects, visual effects and something along those lines, cus why would anybody want to disable a simple stat boost)
41 - Its moslty for thorium enchantments, cus they upgrade into each other a lot
42) Durasteel ench. doesn't inherit all effects of its downgrades;
43) Spartan Candles effect rename to be Spartan Sandles in toggler UI;
44) Add Diss Track toggle;

I'll be going through all enchantments and testing their effects later to see if any more stuff could be wrong, and will list them here if i find anything
45) Add Yew Wood ench. effects toggle;
46) Add Venerated Locket and Dragon Scales toggles;
47) Add more toggles for Tide Turner ench. effects, at least for the dagger one;

48) Valadium set bonus gives 15% ranged damage boost, while gravity is reversed, but its ench. gives only 12%, change ench. effect to give 15% like the armor;
49) Titan set bonus gives 18% damage boost, but its ench. gives only 15% , change ench. to give 18% like the armor;
50) Add Jester ench. toggles;
51) Add Thorium ench. toggles;
52) Jester ench. recipe needs to be fixed (right now it uses like 7 or more jester masks instead of one, and fan letter needs to be added to its recipe, cus right now it isn't used in jester ench. recipe, but ench. gives its effect);
53) Remove Smothering Band and its effect from White Knight ench. and add its upgrade Murky Catalyst and its effect to the same or different ench and add a line in its tooltip that states its use of Murky Catalyst effects;
54) Remove Shadow Wand from Yew Wood ench. recipe, but leave it in Ebon ench. recipe;
55) Remove Sky Fracture from White Knight ench., cus its already used in Forbidden ench. in official fargo souls;
56) Add Dark Heart toggle (Thorium);
57) Remove Crietz and its effect from Thorium ench. and add its upgrade Inferno Lord's Focus and its effect to Pyromancer ench and add a line in its tooltip that states its use of Inferno Lord's Focus effects;
58) Fix typo in Terrarium ench;
59) Update Terrarium ench. effect according to its current armor set bonus effect;
60) Remove Katana from Steel ench., cus its already used in Tungsten ench. in official fargo souls;
61) Steel ench. doesn't utilize Thorium Shield effect despite having it in its recipe, also Steel ench. gives 8% DR at full HP, but its armor gives 8% DR with no special conditions, so Steel ench. needs to properly inherit effect of Thorium Shield and have a line in its tooltip that states its use of Thorium Shield effects and give 8% DR at all times, instead of at full HP;
62) Spirit Trapper ench. needs to give 1 minion and sentry slot in addition to its curent effects, cus of its armor set effects;
63) Remove Wand of Sparking from Silk ench., cus its already used in Copper ench. in official fargo souls;
64) Shooting Star ench. needs to properly inherit effects of Headset and have a line in its tooltip that states its use of Headset effects, also needs to use Guilty Pleasure in its recipe instead of Acoustic Guitar;
65) Change Shade Master ench. effect from giving 50% of the damage you take is staggered over the next 10 seconds > Up to 50% damage you take is staggered over the next 10 seconds (according to its current armor set bonus);
66) Add Nurse's Purse toggle;
67) Remove Siren's Lyre from Rhapsodist ench., and replace its with Call of Cthulhu;
68) Add a line to Pyromancer ench. tooltip that states its use of Plasma Generator effects;
69) Update Ornate ench. effects according to its current armor set bonus effects;
70) Rename Ocean ench. to Coral ench and update its effects according to its current armor set bonus effects;
71) Remove Waxy Rosin from Crier ench. (It doesn't even state that it uses its effects in its tooltip) but leave it and its effects in Noble ench;
72) Remove Mix Tape and its effects from Noble ench., cus its ugrade Diss Track and its effects are already used in Cyber Punk ench;
73) Add Full Score effects toggle;
74) Add Molten and Crystal Spear Tip toggles;
75) Berserker ench. needs to properly inherit effects of Exile's Helmet and state that it uses its effects;
76) Update Maestro ench. effects and tooltip according to its current armor set bonus effects;
77) Update Lodestone ench. effects and tooltip according to its current armor set bonus effects;
78) Thorium pets and some minions are invisible or affected by toggles while not in enchantment and not spawn at all, basically reverse of what happened with pets and light pets previously;
79) Rename Bulb ench. to Blooming ench;
80) Update Life Bloom ench. effects and tooltip according to its current armor set bonus effects;
81) Remove Skyware Lute from Jester ench., cus its already used in Bard Essence;
82) Update Icy ench. effect and tooltip according to its current armor set bonus, and remove icy shard from this ench. recipe, cus its aready used in making armor for this ench;
83) Update Harbinger ench tooltip according to suggestion 53;
84) Add a line to Granite ench. tooltip that states its use of Shock Absorber effects (if it doesn't use its effects than it needs to, cus Shock Absorber is in its recipe);
85) Remove Magic Lantern and its effects from Geode ench., at least when Fargo's Soul Mod Extras is enabled;
86) Update Flesh ench. effects and tooltip according to its current armor set bonus effects;
87) Darksteel ench. overhaul:
87.1) 15% DR at full HP > 8% DR, but without the need to be at full HP;
87.2) Remove immunity to shambler chain balls from ench. itself, instead add full effects of Ball n' Chain and add a tooltip line that states its use of Ball n' Chain effects;
88) Durasteel ench. overhaul:
88.1) 21% DR at full HP > 10% DR, but without the need to be at full HP;
88.2) Replace ogre sandals with Incandescent Spark in recipe, tooltip line and effects of ench;
88.3) Same stuff as 87.2 but for this ench. as well;
89) Remove Chain Guillotines from Dread ench., cus its already used in Shinobi Infiltrator ench. from official fargo souls mod;
90) Change Depth Diver ench. according to changes in suggestion 70;
91) Remove Nightshade Flower from Danger ench., and replace it with Hexing Talisman, and change tooltip,effects accordingly;
91) Change Cyber Punk ench. tooltip to include better effect description, according to its current armor effect;
92) Remove Frost Staff from Cryomancer ench., cus its already used in Frost ench. from official fargo souls mod;
93) Change Celestial ench. tooltip and effect itself to include better effect description, according to its current armor effect;

That is all for most of the reworks/overhauls/improvements that i can suggest, i'll post some more stuff later, but it'll be mostly about new accessory additions for thorium stuff and more calamity stuff testing
Also of all of my suggestions so far (including before discussion ones) are there ones that can't/won't be done at all? If so, could you provide which ones and some reasons/points to why, so i could find a different solution that would suit the mod more than my cuurent suggestion, but if all is good, then ok

I should be able to add most of these as most are bug fixes/config options/reworks. However, probably won't be able to do Titan Heart, Plaguebringer, or Lunic Corps enchantment for a while until I can get some art for these. Also - will probably fix most of these along with larger content updates (because I also want to get to content suggestions), so might take a little while to see a few of these. (Right now I am working on Calamity enchantment changes, so it fully integrates with Fargos Souls DLC without major overlap)
So, for all of these it's more of a matter of when not a matter of if (basically want to clarify that all could be added, just in a different times, cus of different suggestion complexity), its ok, just wanted to make sure, i kinda intended for those large list of changes to be done in order that suits you the most, i'm just listing ideas as i discover them in my head, but trying to keep them reasonable, just trying to help to make this mod even more awesome, and to you i wish good luck and no bugs on the way to further gradual improvement of this mod, keep up the good work
Could there be a config option to make shadowspec bars not require eternal energy to craft?
94) Brimflame ench. doesn't apply effects from Void of Extinction and Void of Calamity properly;
95) Remove Alluring Bait and its effects from Sulphurous ench., cus it's already used in accessory that is used in Trawler Soul from official fargo souls mod;
96) Add a line in Sulphurous ench. tooltip that states its use of Amidias' Pendant effects;
97) Daawnlight spirit origin needs to be in Auric ench. effects section of toggler UI instead of Empyrean ench;
98) Remove Plague Fuel Pack from Plague Reaper ench., cus its upgrade Blunder booster is already used in Silva ench, and add Alchemiclal Flask in its place;
99) Add a line in Plague Reaper ench. tooltip that states its use of Corrupt and Crimson Flasks effects;
100) Remove Counter Scarf and its effects from Statigel ench., cus its upgrade Evasion Scarf is already used in Umbraphile ench, and add Fungal Clump in its place;
101) Add Venerated Locket and Dragon Scales toggles;
102) Remove Hallowed Rune and its effects from Hydrothermic ench., cus its upgrade Phantomic Artifact is already used in Bloodflare ench, and add Flesh Totem in its place;
103) Add Ethereal Extorter toggle;
104) Add Aquatic Heart and its effects to Fathom Swarmer ench;
105) Add a line in Reaver ench. tooltip that states its use of Bloom Stone and Necklace of Vexation effects;

118) Update Fearmonger ench. set bonus effects according to its current armor set bonus effects;
119) Update Bloodflare and Reaver ench. tooltip lines and effects according to their current armor set bonus effects;
120) Update Statigel ench. set bonus effects according to its current armor set bonus effects;

Most of the accessories that have a defence stat of their own don't apply it when in enchantment, is this intended, if that is not intended, then could it be updated to give direct defence of an accessory as well as its effects?

Will Calamity addons stuff that will be added include Unofficial Calamity Bard & Healer and add its Healer & Bard armor set bonuses to according ench. effects?

Also, if there are repeats of my previous suggestions in this one (there probably are), then sorry about that, basically i'm doing a thing where i repost my old suggestions that have not yet been implemented or have not yet been completely dismissed/discarded to kinda make a shrinking list of stuff (that shrinks after each new update of the mod is rolled out) that has yet to be added, imo its kinda handy to have an updating list of stuff for the future updates and as the mod gets more refined the list will shrink until there will be nothing left for me to suggest, is that okay with you, or do you want me to post only about completely new stuff after this post
123) Fix Cryomancer ench. effects spawning a snowflake that rotates around the player while soul of Yggdrasil or higher is equipped when its effect is disabled/toggled off;
124) Fix Thorium pet toggles not spawning their respective pets when enabled (Pet items themselves work just fine, just the toggles for them don't do anything);
