Full Change List:
Misc. Changes:
-ALL FLASHBANGS NOW EFFECT ALLIES.
(Including 9-Bangers for first detonation, Go-Codes sync pushes after 1st bang.)
-Ranger's helmet model in-game now varies with selected helmet.
-Secondary Weapon Slot Breaching Shotgun now available (thanks to Alex5120).
-Secondary Weapon Slot Bayonet (Thanks to Chad di Urbino).
-Secondary Weapon Slot MK18 for Marksman.
-2x Slap Charge in pocket slot (replaces vanilla 1x on T1 units, Stealth Units get both options).
-2x Thermal Torch in pocket slot (replaces vanilla 1x on T1 units, Stealth Units get both options).
-Standard Breaching Shotgun now has 6 rounds, equal to that of the Secondary slot option.
-2x Breach Charge (1x is still an option)
-Ranger's helmet model in-game now varies with selected helmet
-Rangers get hats as a helmet option.
-Small changes to some tooltips.

Changes to DEVGRU and Tier One Rangers:
-Supply costs halved for all units (50 standard units, 100 for Black Ops/Undercover).
-Doubled the size of DEVGRU for better campaign compatibility (22 total units).
-NSWG now has access to a few CIA & SWAT doctrines. Available through toggle button on Doctrine Page.
-Doctrine Points per Squad Level Increased from 2 -> 3.
-NSWG now has 10 ranks, same as vanilla units (XP cap per unit lower from 208,000 to 150,000).
-NSWG XP Cap increased to be more in-line with Vanilla units (~350k to 800k).
-NSWG now have 4x Black Ops, may require creating a new squad.
-NSWG Support & Black Ops now have access to Grenade Launcher variants of rifles.

Tier One Overhaul Equipment changes to DEVGRU and Tier One Rangers:
-Quad-Nods (GPNVGs) added to all Ranger/DEVGRU Units.
-Lockpick Machine restricted to Operators for Rangers.
-Concealment Modifiers re-balanced (only effects DEVGRU Undercovers & Black Ops).
-Weight (movement modifiers) of some weapons have been changed to be more realistic.
-DEVGRU has access to CIA's Traditional Hat.
-DEVGRU Black Ops get the MCX LVAW.

From MARSOC:
-9-Bangers - (2x in pocket) and 9-Banger Kit (3x in backpack).
-A10 Warthog Strikes - (Ranger Operators and all of DEVGRU can equip).
-JDAM Airstrikes - (Ranger Operators and all of DEVGRU can equip).
-HEDP Grenade (2x) - capable of breaching structures (roughly the breach size of a slap charge).
-HEDP Triple Stack (1x) - Essentially a throwable wall shot.
-M320 Grenade Launcher with HEDP grenades - (explosive ~same size as regular HEDP grenades).
-M72 LAW - (smaller/lighter than AT4 but also has a smaller AOE).
-Carl Gustaf
-Power Saw
-Their Medkit image is being used for the First-Aid Kit (see HRT for more information).
-Their images are used for the 2x slap charge and thermal torch.
-Their Mk18 model is used to update the HK416 model.
-A few of their helmet models are used to update the Rifle Grade & Next-Gen helmet models.

From HRT:
-Their Medkit assets (model/sounds/etc) are used for the IFAK in this mod.
