Awesome mod, but the OPFOR only has access to the Arid and Navy version, but not the normal/woodland one.

Are you using the PLA Armored Vehicles pack mod? If so then it's a known bug that I can't do anything about.

Fixed, it was on me I am an idiot.
Navy vest (type worn by PLAN->Men (Special Forces)->Recon Team Leader to be specific) seems to require Contact DLC? Mod doesn't list any DLC dependencies so I'm assuming it's a mistake. I am running the PLA Armored Vehicles mod mentioned above as well if that's what's messing with things again. Cool mod otherwise!

You need the contact dlc for the vest, I didn't list it because you can also do without it to use it for the rest of the mod. In any case i strongly suggest you buy the dlc now that it's on sale.
Fair enough on both counts, just trying to make any scenario I make with this as dependency-free as I can. No big deal, I'll just use a similar replacement from CUP.

Yeah you can replace it with another one from CUP and you should be fine not creating any dependency of the dlc.
