Just tested it and you do lose exp when getting hit despite having full bar level 19...
LV revive/But It Refused - Requires you to be LV19 (ONLY REQUIREMENT) when you die. This sets your health to 500 and your LV to 1. You can trigger this revive an infinite amount of times as long as you get back up to LV19.
[SOUL SAVE] forceload - If you have a [SOUL SAVE] on the playfield when you die, it will get deleted and your health will be set to 500. Any animations your opponent was in when you died will be cancelled and any projectiles will be deleted. Your hitstun will also be cancelled after the LoadDP animation is completed. This revive takes priority over the LV revive.
