Hello. It looks the Settings options do not generate if the mod Achtung! is also installed.

Basically, the "Settings" option is just missing from the dropdown list when clicking [Advanced].
As a sanity check, settings also did not appear with XML Extensions' [+] button or the [Options] > [Mod options] buttons from the main RimWorld screen.

This was tested with the following mods: Harmony, Core, 1trickPwnyta's Biotech Patch, Achtung!, Royalty, Ideology, Biotech, & Anomaly.
What's weird is that there was no error message on game start.

Lastly, this mod seems to have Harmony as a requirement, but it isn't listed on the mod's Steam page. Is that intended?
