Hello Luca, please try enabling the Mod Option called "Fix [b42] Another items UI beta" and it should solve the problem.

Could you send me your mod list, it's in C:\Users\YourUsername\Zomboid\Saves\Sandbox\YourSaveFile\mods.txt and then upload to something like pastebin and link it. Or post it here if it fits
