I upgraded a bike by adding a saddlebag to it. I put items in it, rode around and hopped off to do my thing. I came back to my bike to put some items into the saddlebag but there was no prompt or option to interact with the saddlebag. I had to remove the saddlebag and reattach it to access it again, however, all the items inside disappeared.
