[WOTC] Set Item Weight - technically a soft requirement, but this one is used to add mobility debuffs to Cannons and buffs SMG's mobility. I have edited the config so it does only that and isn't touching anything else.

[WOTC] Open Class Weapon Restrictions - Used to enable all weapons on all classes/specs, technically not a hard requirement, but not using it defeats whole purpose of this mod.
