Hypoxia Mod

Configurable Unconscious Time
Currently, players are knocked out instantly when exposed to hypoxia. In the future, I plan to add the option to specify a fixed delay before unconsciousness (e.g., 30 seconds). Additionally, I'm considering implementing a toggle to switch the logic to dynamically calculate unconsciousness time based on altitude, simulating hypoxia more realistically.

I might also add a slider to adjust the scalar value in the formula for more customization. Lastly, I’m exploring ways to reflect hypoxia in ACE SpO2 levels for added immersion.
