[BUG] Using the Typewriter (the Mobster's primary weapon) on Scout
There is currently (07/19/2025, PM Mountain Standard Time) a bug in the VIP gamemode that allows the scout to pick up a shortstop that functions identically to the Mobster's "Typewriter". The following is a consistent method of performing the bug.

1. Spawn in as Scout.

2. Pick up the briefcase that turns you into the Mobster.

3. While in the respawn room, use a loadout bind to change loadouts (You can set a loadout bind by typing the command 'bind <key> "load_itempreset <0 (Loadout A), 1 (Loadout B), 2 (Loadout C), 3 (Loadout D)>" '). This will cause you to respawn as Scout and the Mobster's weapons to drop on the floor with their baseline weapon's models (Shortstop is Typewriter, Cleaver is Money Bag, Atomizer is Lead Pipe).

4. Pick up the Shortstop/Typewriter. It functions like any other collected weapon so you don't respawn with it.


Additional Notes:

- I didn't attempt to perform the glitch using other methods. The only exception being that you can swap to Scout after picking up the briefcase and before using a resupply bind. If you don't have the Scout as your selected class when you resupply bind, the Mobster's weapons will not drop.

- This bug works on all VIP/Mobster maps.

- The Cleaver/Money Bag does not work; you are unable to deploy it.

- The Atomizer/Lead Pipe seems to function like a standard Atomizer, with the exception being that it doesn't have the deploy speed penalty.


I'll try to answer any questions about the bug, although I am confident that I have exposited everything I know already.
