My idea would be:

+ When eaten Heavy gets up to 180 health
+ When eaten receive a 20% damage resistance
+ When eaten receive a 10% speed boost
+ Alt-fire gives teammates a small health kit
+ 15-second cool down
+ effects last 18 seconds

-20% slower consumption time

My idea would be:

+ Positive effects last 15 seconds.
+ When eaten receive a 20% general movement speed boost.
+ When eaten receive a 20% minigun-rev movement speed boost.
+ Alt-fire gives teammates a small health kit.
+ 50 health on consumption.
+ 15-second cool down.
+ 20% faster consumption time.

- Negative effects last 20 seconds.
-When consumed Heavy gets applied with the GRU's health drain until 200 health is reached.
-When Heavy's health gets bellow 200, Heavy's max health gets lowered to 200 for the duration of the item's effect.

What is the point of not just making it 225 max health if you’re gonna add a random damage resistance that is functionally almost exactly the same? And all that for a 10% speed boost and you give small health packs? This is useless
