• What year did you start in?
  
• Which map are you playing?
  
• What are your difficulty settings?
  
• What was the last item researched?
  
• What was the last planet conquered?
  
• What was the last unit produced?
  
• What was the last mission/quest given to you?
  
• What was the last mission/quest completed [success or failed]
  
• Did this happen after loading an older save?
  
• Do you still see build buttons?
  
• Can you still build ships?
  
• Can you still build ground units?
  
• Are all planets affected or just some?

I know it's a lot of questions, but I need to know as much as possible to figure this out. Looking at other mods from EaWX, there's a pretty good chance the bug is on their end since it appears in their other mods (my mod probably makes it easier to trigger). I'll try to figure out the commonalities and pass this information to them OR try and fix it myself then pass them the fix.

Please note that in other EaWX games, the fix for this is to either load an older save before the bug occurred OR power through to the end of the game without making new units.
