It would be nice if there was a way to ask to be sent to the front lines and maybe they transfer you to a lord doing an aggressive mission without losing progress.
If you want more action, pick a vassal who holds fiefs on the borders of your chosen clan - they're more likely to be fighting, and defending their fiefs than the Daimyo are.
Unfortunately, even with lords who do not rule a kingdom, the problem is the same at the moment. As far as I understand, it's a known bug on Discord, and it's related to an issue with the city supply system that loops due to the system implemented in the native version. It should be fixed soon.
Even better! I'm glad they acknowledged it as a bug, and are addressing it. I just know that in Freelancer and other join as an enlisted man mods - the big guy on campus never really gets involved in the war efforts.
Whats the point of enlistment?
