Portuguese mercenaries

please where i can find Portuguese mercenaries and where can i find Perilla for buy (village like for Iron ore, horses, wood ...)

I also can't find Portuguese Mercenary troops. For Companions, they have the nickname "the Nanban". They got the best gun called "arquebus" and portugeuse armor but in worst stats.
