Hi, a companion is stuck inside a city (assigned to a caravan). I tried using the command console, but it confirms that his group doesn't exist on the map, and dont find any commands to "force disband" or "tp npc"

I've checked a bit, and almost all cities have parties stuck inside, which can't be interacted with because they're "not there." Any solution? or the game its totally lost?
