it is a gamebreaking, as for USF or UKF, you got multiple barrage abilties like the time on target barrage of the rifle infantry company which costs 180MUN, once you uses the ability, the OKW player sees the flare he would wait 2-3 seconds then start packing up, the time the ability fires on the OKW HQ, it would still be unpacking and the damage would be done to the HQ itself (building entity), as the ability has done about 50% HP damage, he would just unpack it again(return to vehicle entity), and there he got a full HP HQ again ,with zero cost,zero work.
also sometimes i do an attack which i try to damage the HQ down to 50% and then finish it off with Arty or a ability , once my attack gets repelled and enough damage has been done, the player would just repack and unpack it again, which the HQ does not ever require engineers just packing and unpacking.
one time i had done 90% damage to HQ also and then send rangers as they have limited 3xcharges, was going to blow it up,once the player noticed my rangers coming unpacked and moved it, my rangers were not yet upgraded with anything except SGT.
i noticed this bug , because i have played lot of 1v1 with (170 units added)
almost all 1v1 players tend to choose OKW and do the same tactics ,rush HQ ,then move it back when needed acting as if a halftrack that reinforce infantry . (as opel blitz)
how we can fix it?
1. if HQ is damaged unpacking is not allowed (give ability repair which costs MUN if needed.)
(must restore full HP)
or
2. unpacking while in combat is not allowed.
