Turrets
I am building a turret using this mod to put on my frigate. I often see turrets using two of theses cannons on large ships. However they are using the small ship version on a large ship. One example is the UCF Pandora or one of LastStandGamers ships such as the concealed carry cargo ship. The only way that I can figure out how to do this would be to make the turret into a ship and somehow lower in onto the ship. This is extremely vulnerable. Does anyone know how to do this?

Place a rotor head on the base of the turret(or the prefferd mounting point), then place a large rotor on the place you want the turret to be located, then delete the rotor head on the large rotor. next you will need to copy and paste the turret(or manuever it with a ship if in survival mode)so that the small rotor head is lined up with the large rotor base, then click attach on the large rotor base's control pannel. then simply set up any rotor limits and displacement setting as you would with a normal rotor. simples.

Does this work only with normal rotors or also with advanced rotors too?

i would asume it works with advanced sinbce it uses the same principles

The problem is you can't place advanced rotor part.
