quality/stats mods
I like the aspect of quality affecting stats, combined with a semi random +/-, but somethings not 100%. Doesn't seem to be game breaking, but if anyone has a suggestion on making these mods play nice?

- RimHUD
- Everything has Quality
- Quality affects Nutrition and Food Poison chance
- Quality Expanded
- Relevant Stats in Description
- Stats Matter
- Random cooldowns
- Randomized Items Plus

I could also be stupid and mods are overlapping (ie: EhQ and QE), but I don't have time to dev-test this
