I have found a few issues:

a. The treaty is for wrong culture that was selected earlier:
1. Click Negotiate Repatriation Treaty (Mod action) on a country (America)
2. Select any (Afro-Amercan) culture
3. Go back
4. Select another culture (Irish)
5. Confirm the treaty negotiation

Expected:
Treaty is for the last selected culture (Irish)

Actual:
The treaty is for previously selected culture (Afro-American)

b. After signing the treaty, the migrations targets in the culture view are polluted with duplicates.

1. As (Brazil), sign the treaty for (Irish) culture with (America)
2. Let the treaty pop some mass migration events. Wait about a game year
3. Open the cultures tab. Select the (Irish) culture.

Result:
In the migration view, there would be a wall of text with migration target region, like
Migration targets: <Rio De Janeiro>, <Rio De Janeiro>, <Rio De Janeiro>, <Rio De Janeiro>, <Rio De Janeiro>, <Rio De Janeiro>, <Rio De Janeiro>...

And so on.

Reloading the game does not reset that. In my case the wall of text was so massive it comp[letely covered pop image

c. When you click "Go Back", the list of cultures doubles

1. Select negotiate Repatriation Treaty on (Spain)
2. There a re 2 cultures to select from. Select any, go back.

Result:
There are 4 entries in the list, 2 per culture.

Repeat the cycle and you will get 3, 4, 5 and so one per culture

Hi @EdwKing!
a) The treaty is for wrong culture that was selected earlier
Got it, something with the variables not handled properly, looking into that.
b) After signing the treaty, the migrations targets in the culture view are polluted with duplicates.
Oh, I didnt think about it at all. I will try to find a workaround.
c) When you click "Go Back", the list of cultures doubles
Got it, will investigate.

Hey, I fixed (a) and (c), but I couldnt recreate (b). I did exactly as you described, but for me "Migration target" in Culture View resets faster than new wave appears. Could you describe recreation steps more precisely and attach a screenshot and a savefile (right before you sign the treaty)?

Hi, have you waited for the entire duration of the treaty? I am trying to reproduce on clean setup, as well as with my mod-heavy pack. I seems to work normally on vanilla though. I will try for some more.

Yes, I've waited the entire duration. But I'm testing on pure vanilla. Do you have some mods that change vanilla files, like defines?
