Possible improvement
I noticed in my games that pawns tend to remove/cut grass or whatever plant is in one specific tile, go to the ssed storage, bring one seed, sow/plant it, and repeat this whole process. This goes on for all the growing zone that is not empty. I have tried to circumvent this by having plant cut and harvest work types separated through an available mod, and giving plant cutting a higher priority, which made cutting any plants, be it in construction sites, felling trees, etc takes precedence before sowing and delays any planned crops sometimes significantly.

Does anyone else have the same problem? If so how do you correct it?

I would suggest separating cutting plant work type to two, with one specifically and exclusively for growing zones, which comes before growing/sowing in order. It can and should be hidden and grouped with grow work type.
Another improvement would be allowing farmers/pawns to sow using seeds from their inventories.

I have minimal coding knowledge and I only modded in xml by copying other mods and followig the tutorials. If anyone can point me in the write direction i can give this a try.
