Preface
This MOD is currently mainly designed for players who enjoy farming and experiencing the storyline. If you prefer war and expansion, please click the link below this MOD to subscribe to the Unbalanced War MOD.

This MOD avoids early wars by extending the development curve of AI players. Players who want to experience the plot and enjoy large-scale battles in the later stage are welcome to subscribe! Currently, due to the insufficient editable content of the editor and the issue of the underlying logic of AI, some expansion problems have not been well solved, so this method is used to prevent AI from going to war too early.

Here, I'd like to mention that many people have raised the question of why the AI starts with 10,000 troops and also commented that the game is too easy for players.

Firstly, the current number of troops in the large map controlled by the AI is uncontrollable, and the proportion of the command attribute is very high. Some famous generals with over ninety command points can increase the combat power of a basic troop of swordsmen to over 80,000. Those with low command points can only reach less than half of this. This leads to the situation where the AI can use two troops of 20,000 soldiers each to expand its territory and capture cities on the large map. This is why many players who want to focus on farming and experience the story gradually find that the cities that should be triggered by the story are captured by other forces too early, making the story experience incoherent. Currently, the editor cannot modify this outrageous value. The only way is to limit the number of troops the AI can recruit in the early stage to restrict its expansion in the early and middle stages, and also give players and other weaker AIs some time to develop.


Then, the second player reported that under the current regulation of AI's early-stage troops, the game became overly simple. The main idea of this MOD is for players to focus on farming and the storyline. If you want to experience intense battles, you can subscribe to my "Unbalanced War" MOD.


Finally, to prevent some players from exploiting loopholes by recruiting private armies, I'll have to increase the difficulty by just a little bit.

1. According to the historical records of the late Eastern Han Dynasty and the characteristics of the game regions, new inherent technologies have been added to most cities.

2. A large number of technological names have been modified according to historical names, and the research and development characteristics and personnel requirements of most technologies have been reduced.

3. The urban architecture has been optimized and a historical building department has been added to enhance players' sense of immersion.

This mod upgrade requires strategy points. If you cannot build it, please check the description to see if strategy points are needed. If the player is a vassal, they cannot upgrade buildings because strategy point upgrades can only be carried out by the lord of the force, and vassals and provincial governors are unable to do so.

4. The profits from private buildings have been adjusted.

5. All the main parameters of the troops have been adjusted to balance the strength of the original troops and add more interesting combinations and troop characteristics.

6. We have optimized and added new values for NPCs and faction forces in the large map and in the wild, and increased the kill rewards and adventure rewards for all wild monsters, making the game more strategic and interesting.

7. We have adjusted some unreasonable aspects of the original daily interactions, such as interaction time and interaction rewards. Additionally, we have added some new features to facilitate players' own and their generals' growth.

8. The rewards of victory for some plot-based verbal duels in terms of wisdom souls have been modified.

9. The breakthrough probability of Soul Refining has been modified. (Due to the original Soul Refining breakthrough mechanism, even if the probability is over 100%, it may still fail. Please maximize your own status and try several times.)

10. We have revised the attack and release ranges of numerous legion battle skills, and balanced many overly powerful skills with excessively large ranges (such as "Unrivaled Under Heaven" and "Thunderbolt"), enhanced the damage of fire attacks, and restored historical accuracy, no longer the meager damage of the original version.

11. The victory in the national martial arts competition and the verbal duel now offer equipment drops and a large amount of soul attribute output, making the national competition more attractive.

12. The official rank system has reduced the reputation required for promotion below the fifth rank, enabling small countries to more quickly advance to become city lords and expand their territories. It has also decreased the salaries of various official ranks, addressing the issue of rapid economic collapse when small countries with few people rely on a large number of military officers to stand on their own. The reputation requirements for becoming a king, a marquis, or an emperor have been lowered, allowing anyone to claim the title of emperor in times of chaos (currently, the official has not completed the diplomatic system, so there are no penalties for claiming the title of emperor, but it can be said that the future is promising).

13. All legendary titles and titles of non-restricted troops have been set as unobtainable; currently, they can only be obtained through methods such as marriage and completing tasks.

14. The durability of city defense structures and city gates has been enhanced. (This MOD has weakened the destructive power of all troops, but the legion battles in the game's storyline do not provide players' troops with siege equipment, leading some players to report that they cannot break through city gates. Now, the overall destructive power coefficient has been increased, temporarily boosting the destructive power.)

15. By the way, some of the original rather inhumane settings were revised. For instance, the sworn brotherhood can be formed between men and women. The female player character is no longer limited to marriage to win people over. Prison breaks can now earn the rescued a large amount of favorability, and it is also possible to rescue local generals imprisoned in one's own city.
