Hmm this is strange it works for me though and for the other players too. The problem could be related to steampipe. Those models are from ZPS and they don't use VPK. I had the same problem like you before but I fixed it before the map release.
@Edit: I think I know your problem. Did you subscribe the "ZPS Content [Models]" addon? Some models of those are not readable on VPK! Try to uncheck this addon if that's the case.

Edit: I disabled the ZPS Content and I can now see the models just fine. Thanks a lot CCL Sama, I was clueless on what was causing it.
Another thing (which isn't really a glitch but can be somewhat problematic under specific hosting cicrumstances) is the number of zombies at the very start. While it's not a balance issue, when there are 6+ players it can become a slight lag issue on private servers with crappier hosting speeds such as my own (~200 ping on players usually averaging ~110). This isn't really too much of a thing to overcome if the lower-latency players go through first to clear the area though, so if you feel this shouldn't be changed then don't worry. We've managed before and we'll manage again!
All in all though, still loving this map. Still failing miserably but I'd be lying if I said I didn't enjoy every second!
Read the Bug report list on my first post :) It is a known problem.
Look at the "To do list" section. I solved it already for the next update :)
Yeah the number of the zombies affects the tickrate. I will see what I can do when I'm done with my to do list.
I like to makes things a little harder for the challenge :) I will try to balance it a little better for the public players though when I have enough feedback.

Thx for the feedback ugumbugum but that was intended XD Someone sealed the door from the other side. That can happen too in real life and that trick only works on glass doors. Just see it as a liitle challenge ^^
Try explore a little more and you will find a way in. You need to disable the lockdown to get the keys.
Please read your smartphone to know what to do. You need a keycard and a keycode to open the door.
