At the moment, I'm currently playing through Skyrim and making adjustments to various NPCs that I come in contact with. I'm not sure I'll meet every inhabitant of Skyrim, so I'm open to suggestions as to whom I can apply the Simple Skyrim Makeovers treament to.

there's a blonde vigilant of stendarr that looks pretty nasty. She might need some adjustment around the forehead area.

Are you able to provide a screenshot of the one you refer to? The Viligants of Stendar are one of a few character types that are typically randomly generated. Rule of thumb, if they don't have a name, they're probably from a generic preset -- but there's usually a template for them I might be able to play with.
