New factions do not appear
Hello! I tried to install this mod, forst with Rising tide, then only with exoplanets and lastly with no DLC at all, and I cant see new factions at all. Do I do something wrong? I enter the MOD section, enable mod and, pow, nothing.

I think you need to load a mod first then hit esc then load this mod again.

I subscribed, downloaded, installed the mod. Then went to mods, activated it. Nothing.

I reinstalled the game some time ago. Some factions are there, but only 3 of them

It seems he doesn´t show any factions that aren´t marked for Rising Tide specifically. When loading the mod and the RT marked smac factions, he only shows the ones at RT level, none of the others. This is particularly galling due to the fact that the mod has since died =(
