Is it possible to create an official submod that brings back the upon recruitment buffs for the training field building line and the ancillaries. Removing this kind of removed the uniqueness of the most powerful regional as recruitment centers for the empire. It makes sense that the best troop are from the center of the empire like Rome given they have better military infrastructure and training. Not sure why these were removed to begin with. Thanks for all the hard work on this mod, it's great!
