Since this would be an idea for sentry heavies, there should be one for medic too. its a medigun that can supply people with ammo and healing, but it can't supply engie with metal. and it gives you 10 ammo per second on the beam, but there is no meter of ammo that can be dispensed. ubercharge would increase the rate of healing and ammo dispening by 50%. this weapon would deploy and holster 30% slower, and the carrier would have -20% movement speed. I dont know how to make weapons, so i thought i would give this idea to you. a smissmas idea gift, perhaps?
