Stats?
If no stats, it could be another silly reskin, and we all know how many reskins Valve has made.
My idea for stats are as followed.
+Can fire while cloaked
+No reload necessary
+Damage dealt is turned into cloak
-Uses cloak as ammo
-30% Damage penalty when firing while cloaked
-Each shot consumes 35% of cloak left

Essentially like a widowmaker for Spy.
If anyone else has suggestions for stats, then fire away!

The cloak regen would be op coupled with the drain because the drain wouldn't be enough of a punishment as a user could just space their shots.
+25% damage
-20% movement speed
Increased projectile deviation
-15% firing speed
Don't forget that you could just set up next to a dispenser and shoot away, forever cloaked

firing while cloaked sound prety cool and op. so, i think, it should drain, maybe half of cloak or some other resonable amount. or it can turn cloak of emediatly, when shot.
+15 health
+can fire while cloaked
+20 more ammo
-20 firing speed
-cloak drained when firing when cloaked

how about it can shoot enemy sapper's off friendly buildens.
Good idea but... if so its the most best weapon to spy

OP as hell. Here's a better idea:
+Can fire while cloaked
-33% clip size
-20% damage done when cloaked
-15% cloak drained when firing while cloaked
-15% cloak regen rate on wearer (cloak n dagger won't regen anymore when invis)
-Will flinch when firing while cloaked

Imagine the possibilities if you could pick off weak targets without uncloaking first. This needs to be countered by heavy negative stats.

Maybe insted of flinching you it would show hwere you are so you only had one shot
damage done to you when firing while cloaked instead of damage penalty
Though Valve could add firing while cloaked, it is not a real attribute as we speak. And Valve wouldn't like to add another one, and probably would pick their own attributes
