Since everybody wants stats....
I was thinking that it should be a perfectly normal bow like the huntsman and the fortified compound but nobody does really. :/ Anyway, I think the stats should be something like this:

+Arrow flies farther
+25 damage increase
+Enemy is slightly slowed for a while

-10 fire resistance
-Afterburn time increases
-Arrow cannot be ignited by friendly pyros

The reason everyone is calling it a sydney huntsman is the :jarate: jar seen on the bow...

@Pootis I don't care what you say, that is op since it removes the majority of what's annoyying as sniper...

Why?

A fully charged normal (or arrow) shot does 150 damage

Enougth to 1 shot scouts, spies, snipers not wearing darwins, engies and eyelander demo's

a fully charged shot from this bow does 175 damage

Enougth to one shot;

Scouts, spies, engies, pyro, demo, medic, snipers, and though not technically soldiers most don't walk around on 175 hp due to a minimum damage rocket jump doing 18 damage plus a bit of fall damage.

You have made a weapon that does not need headshots to kill 8 out of 9 classes in one shot (most of the time)

The plus 25 damage might seem small, but in the same case as the small bonus on loch and load it halves the amount of shots to kill most classes.

combined with the extra range and slow making it easier to finish off anything that survives, the very very weak negatives are no where near enougth.

To balance it it needs something big, maybe no headshots and +25% damage taken

+Quicker to fire an arrow
-Doesnt go as far
-Less DMG. (or no headshots.)

+20% faster movement speed

-15% Damage resistance
-Anyone with this item equipped can kill you with it

"Leaves a trail of jarate as it flies, marking foes and extinguishing allies if it flies over them"

"Arrows travel much slower and fall much faster"

Their, a crazy idea for a weapon. and hey, since the shots travel slower, pyros might reflect them abit against opponents.

Oh jeez. Now that I think about it, you're right. I done what I was trying to avoid doing. Make completely broken stats.

Small explosion on impact (because of the thing at the end) at the cost of decreased velocity? (AKA it doesn't go as far?)
+Explosive arrow

Just wanted to let you know, Pomson 6000. Not sure about any other futuristic weapons, Though. I'm willing to bet it would work for the Rightous Bison.
