Regarding Mods and autoresolve
I'm interested in getting Attila and running the Radious mod however I've heard that auto resolving battles is problematic because the system can not properly take into account all the changes made to the units. Is this true and why is that? If so, would this generally be an issue for all MODs on all Total war games?

Not true at all, AR works fine with the mod and there are no issues different from vanilla/unmodded game.
