Captured my 7th province as Himyar, but the imperium counter won't progress, limiting me to 2 armies/1 navy. Am assuming it's a bug, as I've recently been playing a lot of Radious campaigns as Alani, Ostrogoths, Tanukhid, ERE, Alamans--and Imperium counter progresses normally for all of hese factions.

I've actually never seen this bug ever in Attila; or any other TW game.

In the faction Summary window, the (red) Imperium bar hasn't moved at all since starting the game with 2 regions, and never changed when more regions were conquered.

Any ideas on how to fix this?
I'm validating game files with STEAM. Hopefully that'll work!
