Missing units recruiting options. Saxons

Seems to remover some units for selection in the campain, atleast as Saxons.

Smithy lvl 3 should have the 2-hand axe men.

这个MOD真的很棒，给这个游戏成功的延长寿命，如果能修正一下罗马的进攻型龟甲阵那就更完美了。

It appears so, I'm missing my precious nordic pikes, so I'm returning to vanilla

No unit was removed, just the recruitment were spread across various buildings.
