Finishing testing hopefully this week for weekend release on or about 5/21/16.
Refinery is made under subcontract by Shaocorp using a proprietary design.
1 for each of the specialized catergories (same types as exist already)
Will not have a generic all in 1 refinery.
Refineries have a cost of approximately 10k steel plates (equivalent). Mostly made by taking a 1x1x1 block cost for each type and scaling it
Different components needed for each one based on material type it refines.
All Existing Refineries rebalanced to fit with the new ones.
Model has 11 conveyor ports, 12 upgrade module slots.
Later update will restrict each type of Module to a max of 4 per refinery.
Later update will add more construction models. There are 3 right now. I would like to get somewhere around 10-25 for such a large, expensive block.

Refineries will now be organized similar to Tier'd tools:
Emergency All-in-one 1x1x2 (T1) aka Basic
1x1x2 Grouped (T2) aka Basic
2x2x4 All-in-one (T2.5) aka Basic
2x2x4 Grouped (T3) aka Advanced
2x5x7 Grouped (T4) aka Elite

Some other minor adjustments to refining rates and yeilds will be part of the update.
