How is it childish? just because it has the wordt rekt written on it? And a smiley? jesus christ dude, don't take the game too serious. I mean have you seen some of the sticker designs? now those were childish!

I mean its too childish to put it in game. Its ok, lot of ppl will like it and they will buy it, but end word says valve and it wont be added.
