Is this mod still "alive" ?

If so, I'd like to point out the issue of the rather small fleet sizes versus their other faction opponents..

Factions in a regular can create a basic 3-5 battlecruisers, 6-10 destroyers, & an appropriate number of ( 20-30, approx ) frigates & ( 30-40, approx ) corvettes, etc..

It seems that the support units' mechanic has not been properly tweaked to be able to allow Somtaww / Beast to properly match an opponent's fleet size capability..

At least from what I've seen of Somtaaw; the faction starts out at an extreme disadvantage.
