If you are referring to the vanilla system's red planet, it should have the custom ores injected by this mod.
If it is a custom solar system (i.e. a downloaded mod map), whether it has Pt or the ores from this mod depends strictly on what the authors of said map added.
As I can't make head or tails of how to code in this game because how out of date all the guides were when I attempted to research it, I currently have no way of coding in random or automated ore-rebalancing, either.
Platinum is not found in planets even with this mod installed (unless the author changes that in the future, though i don't know if i want him to for balance)
