Incinerator plant

Research data on the waste to energy plant....

Game dynamics:

one week garbage from a cim is in the same order of magnitude as 1 year garbage per person in real life ~4.78unit/person in game, ~2.5ton/person in real life ( game and real life data is not only households but industry/office also.)
Burning 1000 units per week in game results in 0.25MW output

Real world data:
0.67MW/1000kg Electricity
4 ton waste gives as much electric energy as 1 ton oil or 1.6 ton coal
