The first image is ctf_sawmill.

The second image is cp_egypt.

The remaining images were made entirely in black_void, using various props I made.

In fact, I spent a good month modeling various city set pieces to be used for a lot of these promos. I may release these city assets later, if I can figure out a decent way to package them.
