Also crashing, but everything set to USA

Not using Somtaaw Ai, everything is LUA'd to US:English, no other mods at play. Game crashes upon universe loading with a CTD style error and "General Failure" message box

What can I try?

Try now, the latest update (1.0.9) should fix some General Failure crashes.
