Curious about what we've been up to?
What's up!
I doubt many people will read this, but I wanted to say thanks!
Dingovania was a huge learning experience for David, Graham, and I, and I'm super thankful for how many people played it. We often talk about it (lovingly referred to as "The Mod") and what we would have done differently if we got a do-over. It took us 4 or 5 years in between college classes and part-time jobs to make, so the emotions we have surrounding it are a little complicated. In the end I think we're proud of Dingovania despite its limitless variety of game-breaking bugs.
For those who didn't know, following Dingovania we made a mod for Serious Sam's Bogus Detour called Chassis , which is actually my personal favorite between the two mods we did. It still breaks sometimes and has (fewer) bugs, but I'm biased towards the robot aesthetic we did for that one.

Following Dingovania and Chassis we wanted to step it up and make our own game. Early on we were thinking we'd stick with pixel art, and even bounced around using Crackshell's engine that they were building for Hammerwatch 2. The goal was to create an action adventure RPG that blended some of the ideas we had from the two mods, but as we continued to explore our options we decided the game needed to be in 3D.

After a lot of work from the same three stupid highschool friends that brought you Dingovania, I'm proud to point you to the Steam page for our first real game: MycoRelic. This bad boy is going to be the coolest mushroom robot action RPG on both sides of the Mississippi.
We're in pre-alpha right now and are aiming for a 2025 Early Access launch. It's got co-op, and at least at the time of writing this, also a free demo!
Try it out if you're into that sort of thing, and consider giving us some feedback here on Steam or on our Discord so we can make the game the best and as devoid of bugs as it can be.

Thanks again for playing stuff we've made.
<3 Jon (and probably Graham and David but idk i won't speak for them)
