FX:Galaxy v1.0.9FIX1 update
Mod can be loaded on V1.28 properly.

Hgn MarineFrigate's additional defense field ability has been cancelled.

Fixed units' capabilities.


We know that there're still some other bugs havn't been fixed, such as the original Kadeshi Needle ship won't disapear after upgrade its cannon. We are still working on things like that.
