This is a great mod. It attempts to fix something that is really annoying in Attila. I have some of my own ideas about the problem of easy transports and hordes on water. Would it be possible to make a mod that makes it so it takes one whole turn to embark? So instead of embarking and sailing away in one turn they are stuck on the beach for a turn?

This would make the embarking army vulnerable and if attacked a beach battle would occur. The embarking army could have its back to the water and maybe have some kind of morale debuff and/or a fatigue debuff.

Also, is it possible to make it so hordes simply can't enter the water? Maybe remove all of their ships or something?
