+Backstabs will silently turn Victims into Ice Statues, which then will quickly shatter into snowflakes
+Killing Taunt, "Deep Freeze": Same animations as Pyro's Hadoken, but with slightly different effects and outcome: the Victim will die, as if he/she/it was backstabbed by this weapon(statue, dissolving into snowflakes)

Basicly, this weapon will be a more stealthy version of Spycicle, giving the player the excellent stealth kill opportunities in exchange of fire protection and normal slash damage.
I think that these stats are way too OP and getting these advantages for -15 damage is nothing when you most of spies work is done in insta-kills.
That seems about right.
