Im crashing/long loading screens when going near or exit lakeview?
@for the people that crash when going near lakeview, you are crashing because this reasons: first your pc cant handle the "many" clusters added by this mod, specially if you are running taxing enviroment/retexture (2k, 4k, 8k, 32kimmersivenssskyrim) mods, other reason is that you have other mod conflicting with the same cells with mine, try and figure what is the mod causing you problem.

Where is this?

I dont see the house?
- This mod doesnt add the house, just alter the exterior of the manor you have to build.

How do i build the manor?
- Go to falkreath and gain jarl permission to buy the deed of the land.

Do you need to build the manor before or after installing the mod?
- Install it after you fully build the manor , doesnt make sense to have the mod before it, you will only end with the altered exterior and end bugging your game by your own fault.

It isnt my taste this mod, can you customize it my way?.
- No, go to CK and do your own mod your own taste.

Why the cow and chickens are near the water well?
- This is important, since it out off my hand to fix it. They need to be reset, 2 options, wait 40 away from your home or the easy one, open console select one by one and type "disable", press enter, then type "enable", press enter, now they will walk to the new position.

oMg, this mod added bandits/wolf/giant on my lakeview.
- No, this is a vanilla stuff, it add encounters outside your manors.

Bandits/wolf/giant still appearing inside walls.
- Same as the cow/chikens problem but it may happen one time with each of they types (giant, bandits, wolves) if it keep respawing inside this time you have to wait 40 days away of the manor so the cell fully reset or enter an inside cell and console reset, also Skyrim Immersive Creatures offers and option to cell reset skyrim.(only do it if you are experienced, if not just stay away 40 days away from Lakeview manor).

Floating plants
- A really few people got this issue, i tried to troubleshooting the issue but i dont really see how it can happend, i recommend to check loading orders/disabling and test what mod could be causing the problem or save first and try if waiting 40 days away from lakeview (so the cell resets) fix the problem; if not the are console commands that help lowering stuff, i dont know how so i recommend google it.

So the issue turned out to be that for some reason this mod (for very few people at least) changes the size scale of the dirt mounds to 0.25 when they should be a scale of 1 (making them appear tiny). Then it also seems to adjust the positions slightly (most noticeably up in the z direction), these two effects make it appear as though only the very top of the mounds are rendering and the bottom that should be in contact with the ground seems invisible.

Luckily this can all be fixed using the console: "setscale 1" will restore the mounds, and then "setpos z <value>" takes care of the floating. If you have this problem just be sure to select the dirt mounds in the console and not the activators for them (as that will do nothing).


Follower go nuts on the second terrace
- A nav mesh issue on follower, though the housecarl patrolling doesnt have that issue, the navmesh is good placed so i can not help on this one, if any expert on navmesh can explain and resolve this issue is welcome to contact me and i will update it with the fix and give proper credits.

Why i didnt remove the necromancer and the burial?
- Well can be various points about i did not, first, it was already there, why you would remove someone burial site? second, i use interesting NPCs mod, it add Carmella, replacing the necromancer, though idk if she appears by her self if the necromancer is deleted, not sure about the altar; but still look immersive, like the manor was built in some strange burial zone.

Can i move my family in?
- Why they wouldnt?, this mod only decores the exterior.

Can i move my followers in?
- ?? as far as i know you can not move followers at your home, just make them stewards on your HF manors if they meet the requeriments http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Personal_Steward ; other mods may let you move your followers to any place and make them their home if is even down a bridge; just search on the workshop or other mods pages.

Gates locked
- The gates are not locked so no need for keys, check if you do have the gates mod from the beta version activated, if you do, deactivated it and delete it.

Do you go to the cloud district very often?
- Of course i dont.


Compatibility:
Is NOT compatible with mods that alter the manor exterior.

@the spectre of death this might be 2 years late for a answer but you have to have the maner fully built befor installing this mod to get it to work it says it on the mods main page
