First of all, you must change kv file. You know, if this is SWAT city, CTs are SWAT group. You can also chang Ts model because Phoenix play in many maps.

Next, focus on doors in maps (i mean non-openable doors). Why are they before wall?

I think Anarchist will be good but you can also put Pirates for fun :D
