After applying any changes to a ragdoll via this tool causes any other model that uses $transperency or $alphatest (including bone-mergable items but not bodygrouped ones) to become invisible, or more like the models are being placed in the background while they're physicallly placed before/on a ragdoll-resized model

Is there any workaround for this? If not, can any sort of fix be expected, if possible?
