People T-posing in their seats

I was wandering around the place and i saw two people tposing in their seats (mostly in Map A)) 1. One of the people in the offices in the second reception desk screenshot:
2.the lady in the first reception desk works properly until you comeback from any of the other maps, then she stands in her eseat
